Anne Markwick

Programme Consultant, CPFT

Anne is an independent consultant supporting CPFT on a number of projects and initiatives including Recovery and the review of the Assessment and Referral Centre (ARC). Anne has previously held a number of Executive posts including Director of Nursing and Director of Operations in large organisations as well as Principal Lecturer in Higher Education. Anne is a registered nurse and has studied Recovery orientated organisational change to Doctoral level and this, alongside her experience as Executive Director in NHS Foundation Trust environments gives her a valuable breadth of knowledge and skills. Anne has a strong focus on the people receiving services and organisationally supporting sustainable, adaptive change. Her aim is to facilitate compassionate, thoughtful and effective, Recovery orientated service provision.

Nick Oliver

Interim Director of Psychological Services, CPFT ARC: CPFT’s Interface  

I am a consultant clinical psychologist with an extensive clinical background in mental health services for older people. In 2015 I have been working as an senior operational manager in the adult directorate with oversight of the Psychological Wellbeing Service (IAPT), the Advice & Referral Centre (ARC) and the Peterborough & Borders Adult Locality Team. I am also the interim Director of Psychological Services with professional lead responsibilities for all psychologists in the Trust.

I trained at the University of East London and have also completed an MA in Solution Focused Brief Therapy at the University of Birmingham.
